Submit Abstract →Award / Free Paper / Poster
Kindly submit abstracts (study / research work / therapeutic pearls) to get a chance to present your work pertaining to the field of dermatology including Lasers, aesthetic dermatology and trichology as award paper, free paper or e-poster as decided by the scientific committee based on evaluation and scoring. Registration is mandatory for abstract submission and all further communications will be made via registered email id only.

Letter of affiliation from the Head of the Department (for post graduates).

Upload the abstract online at rootsderma.com. Abstract submission starts from 15th Jan 2027 and last date is 20th May 2027. [Please state preference for Oral presentation – Award / Free (Studies/case report) / E-Poster]. Papers will be selected accordingly based on merit by the scientific committee.
Each delegate can submit abstract for one award, one free paper and one poster. Multiple abstract from the same delegate for the same category will be rejected.
Only case studies and case series are considered for oral presentation - award/free paper.
Abstract Format
Title should be in block letters, with a double space between the title of the abstract and the name of the presenter
The title should be followed by the presenter’s name and email address
The abstract should be typed in Times New Roman and a 12-font size
For Free papers, Award papers and e-posters; the length of the abstract (excluding the title, names and affiliation and complete contact details) should not exceed 250 words.
Studies should follow a structured format (Introduction, Materials and methods, results and conclusion)
Case reports should follow a pre-designed format (Background, case synopsis and discussion)
